Dairy ERP built for Indian dairies

At the village centre the in-charge opens the AMCC app on an Android phone connected to the milk analyser and the weight scale over USB serial or Bluetooth. The farmer is selected, fat, SNF and litres are read from the devices, and the slip is saved, billed on the phone. No DPU is required.

If there is no network, the shift is stored on the phone and uploads automatically when the network returns. The farmer sees each pouring with fat and SNF, and the unbilled estimate, in the free Farmer Connect app.

Production runs on run plans and job cards, with recipes carrying their BOM cost. QC records every test in real time and clears batches; every batch can be traced by its batch number for FSSAI, and customers can take the Certificate of Analysis from the web.

Packing is tracked to the single pouch, with leakage, yield and weight sampling, and the mass balance and the day-close TS report close the production day.

Stores and purchase run from department request to supplier payment, with an email at every approval and stock by row, rack and bin. HRMS handles face, biometric and mobile attendance, shifts, leave on mobile and payroll with the bank file.

Assets, vehicles, the canteen and requests have their own modules, all on the same data.
