Tell us your daily milk volume and the modules you want first, and we will send a quote.
Platform and commercial model
- Monthly cloud plans, priced on the litres of milk you handle each day and the data you store
- Start small: begin with procurement plus inventory or production, or with sales and despatch. The core system, financial reporting, GPS for mobile users and basic dashboards come as standard
- Grow module by module: procurement, sales, inventory and multi-centre rate charts first; then production and QC, FSMS, CRM, HR and payroll, vehicles, assets, weighbridge with sales bill weight matching and visitor management; and for large plants, canteen, on-site pouch weight and CCP logging, custom workflow automation and a key account manager
- Monthly statutory / GST / software updates (cloud); yearly (on-prem)

In addition to the cloud monthly plans, EasyDairyERP is offered as a one-time purchase on a server at your premises (client scope). This includes complete set-up, installation, server configuration and module activation based on the chosen plan.
Note: the volume bands for one-time purchase differ from the monthly plans (for example, SME is 10,000 – 25,000 litres per day here, against 10,000 to 50,000 litres per day monthly).
