IOT CCP and Pouch Weight Monitoring
CCP monitoring is live: pasteuriser temperature and FDV cut-off are logged from IoT sensors, and pouch weights from the packing line are checked hour by hour (sensor hardware required).

This module connects the packing floor and the pasteuriser to EasyDairyERP through IoT sensors (sensor hardware required). CCP monitoring is live.

OverviewHow CCP and pouch weight monitoring works

Sensors log the pasteuriser’s CCP data and the pouch weights; the data is stored on a server at your plant for multiple years; and deviation reports show where action is needed.
The package covers both pouch weight monitoring and pasteuriser and CCP data logging on the plant server.
Monitoring complements the production module: the batch, the QC entries and the CCP log describe the same run from three sides.
- One package for the packing floor: pouch weight monitoring and pasteuriser and CCP data logging, both on a server at your plant
- Multi-year storage of sensor data on the plant server
CCPPasteuriser temperature and FDV cut-off
IoT CCP data logging records the pasteurisation temperature and the FDV cut-off from the sensors, giving real-time CCP monitoring. CCP monitoring is now live.
The log is the evidence that every batch was pasteurised correctly.
Because the data comes straight from the sensors, the CCP record does not depend on someone noting temperatures by hand during a busy shift. The log can be read alongside the batch records in production.

Pouch weightPouch weight logging and deviation reports
Pouch weights are logged from the packing line, with one weight scale per two filling heads, giving head performance, shift-wise packing performance and the weight variation the metrology department needs. Weight sampling controls pouch excess and accuracy.
The Pouch Weight Monitoring Deviation Analysis and the Hourly Pouch Weight Deviation Report show where weights drifted.
The hourly report lets the packing supervisor correct a drifting head within the shift, rather than finding the excess or shortfall at the end of the day.
