Village equipmentElectronic assets at collection centres
Electronic assets, computers, AMCU parts, milk analysers and DPUs, are distributed to milk centres and tracked, together with electric and electronic assets across locations including village collection centres. Village-to-AMCU configuration records which equipment serves which village, and SIMs are managed.
The procurement data and the asset register therefore agree on what equipment each centre has.

ServiceService visits, complaints and warranty
Change, service, cleaning and warranty are managed per asset. Service visits are logged with GPS from the mobile app, with service manpower, TA and DA and service costing; complaint requests carry the service material history.
Data-fail analysis and service recommendation apps help decide which centre needs a visit, and equipment service is scrutinised.
