MilkVillage-level capture and the farmer app
Milk quality and quantity are captured at the village, by the AMCC app connected to the analyser and the scale, and reach EasyDairyERP directly. Each farmer’s pourings, bills and unbilled estimates appear in the free Farmer Connect app.
Because the data is captured at the source, billing, TS matching and the BI reports all start from the same figures.
InsightBI on procurement and sales, by mail and on mobile
The Procurement Trend Change Report and the Sales Trend Change Report compare any two days from the top level down to each route, centre, product and team, with a 30-day trend. Sales business analytics arrive by mail, and procurement and market analysis is on the mobile app.
Automatic daily MIS and automatic pilferage control come from the same comparisons.
FieldOrdering and the field force
Distributors and dealers place orders on mobile and see live order status. Field force tracking and tasking are monitored and logged with customer performance, with live GPS tracking of the sales force.
Claims, attendance and visits are made from the same app.
QualityTraceability and the Certificate of Analysis
Batch traceability is instant for FSSAI, by batch number, with traceability reports 01 to 03. The Certificate of Analysis is on the web for your customers to take.
All QC logs, chemical and microbiology included, are recorded in the system.

All invoices are stored over multiple years, with an audit log across multi-year data for statutory audit, and multiple years of customer and vendor data for analysis.
