The demo shows the chilling centre input screen with fat, SNF and weight capture, the village-level AMCU mobile app and the Farmer Connect app, TS matching reports 1 and 2, the BI report, low and high quality milk, GPS-based procurement and centre volume analysis.
Billing set-up is shown too: monthly, 15-day and 10-day bill cycles, advances, rate charts by fat and SNF and their mapping to vendors, vendor types and routes, inward transport per km, per litre or flat, chilling charges and vendor ledgers.
DemoSales and marketing
The sales part covers the customer bill desk, sales pouch to production stock, sales pouch against weighbridge pouch weight, BI on sales, sales mailer reports 1 to 3, business performance monitoring, order placing, company representative performance, slab-wise trade discount, GST reports, e-invoice and e-way bill, and the discount and party ledgers.
